TERMS AND CONDITIONS

‘JUNIOR DRESS UP RACK’ GIVEAWAY

  1. Information on how to enter and prize details form part of these conditions. Entry into this Promotion is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions of entry.
  2. The Promoter is Pop Up Desks (“Promoter”).
  3. The Promotion will be open from Thursday 17th February 2022, 7:30pm Australian Eastern Daylight Time (AEDT) and will end Sunday 20th February 2022, 7:30pm AEDT (“Promotion Period”).
  4. Entry is open to all Australian residents, aged 18 years and over, other than management, employees or contractors of the Promoter and other agencies, firms or companies associated with the Promotion (including suppliers of prize), and their immediate families (“Eligible Entrants”).
  5. In order to enter an entrant, during the promotion period, MUST:
  • Follow the list of accounts involved in the Giveaway Prize List on Instagram: @popupdesks
  • Tag a friend in the comments of the main Giveaway image on @popupdesks.
  • Like the competition post of the main Giveaway image on @popupdesks.
  1. For the tag a friend entry method one tag equates to one entry. There is no limit on the number of entries per person. If participating in the tag a friend optional entry method, one tag equates to one extra entry.
  2. There will be one (1) winner selected.
  3. The prize list is as follows: 1 x White Junior Dress Up Rack RRP $379.00 AUD
  1. A random prize draw will occur 2:00pm AEDT on Monday 21st February . Location of Draw: 130 Parraweena Road, Miranda, NSW, 2228.
  2. Winners will be notified via Instagram DM no later than 22nd February 2022.
  3. The winner(s) name and state/territory of residence will be published online in accordance with the Public announcement of winners section of the Schedule.
  4. To claim the prize, the winners must reply to the winner notification and accept the prize within 14 days. If the winner does not respond within 14 days, they will forfeit the prize.
  5. Postage costs to distribute prizes within Australian is included.
  6. Prizes will be posted to the winner within one (1) month of the winner being selected.
  7. Prize values are in Australian dollars. Prize values listed above are the recommended retail value and are correct at the time of printing. The Pop Up Desks does not accept responsibility for any variation in the value of The Prize(s).
  8. Pop Up Desks makes no representations or warranties of any kind concerning the appearance, safety or performance of any prize, except for any express manufacturer's warranty as may be included with the prize.
  9. Once prizes have left the prize supplier’s premises, Pop Up Desks takes no responsibility for any prizes damaged, delayed or lost in transit.
  10. Pop Up Desks and those other brands who form part of the giveaway reserve the rights to choose to publish the winners on the Pop Up Desks website, in our newsletter and on all social channels.
  11. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any problems or technical malfunction of any communication network or for any late, lost, incomplete, incorrectly submitted, delayed, illegible, corrupted or misdirected entries, claims or correspondence whether due to error, omission, alteration, tampering, deletion, theft, destruction, transmission interruption, communications failure or otherwise.
  12. The Promoter, its associated agencies and companies and the agencies and companies associated with this Promotion (including Instagram) will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense, damage, personal injury or death which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with this Promotion or accepting or using a prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (in which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law).
  13. Pop Up Desks reserves the right to change these terms and conditions.
  14. Prizes are not transferable.
  15. If for any reason this Promotion is not capable of running as planned, the Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion. The Promoter may in its sole discretion disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process.
  16. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook or Instagram. Entrants understand that they are providing their information to Pop Up Desks and not to Facebook or Instagram. The information an entrant provides will only be used for the purposes outlined in these Terms and Conditions.
