How to choose the Click & Collection option:
1.Shop Online
Once you are ready to checkout online, when you arrive at step 3. Special Delivery Details you will be prompted to select the checkbox.
Yes - I would like to collect from your Miranda Warehouse (ENTER DISCOUNT CODE PICKUPSYD TO REMOVE THE FREIGHT CHARGE)
You will then need to enter a discount code PICKUPSYD on the right hand side of the screen under ‘Order Summary’ to remove the freight charges.
2. We’ll contact you when your order is ready
You will receive an email from sales@popupdesks.com.au to advise when your order is ready for collection at our office in Miranda, NSW, 2228.
3. Collect parcel from Pop Up Desks Office
Your parcel can be collected from the Pop Up Desks office anytime between 8:30am – 5:00pm, Monday to Friday.
Pick up address is 130 Parraweena Road, Miranda, NSW, 2228.
Upon arrival, ALL visitors must follow the Covid-19 check-in procedures on premises.
Visitors must scan the QR code on the sign displayed at the front door of the office upon entrance
Follow the prompts on the Service NSW app to complete check-in
Masks are not mandatory in office environments but feel free to wear one if you choose to do so.
You’re Click & Collect parcel will have the relevant customers name labelled on the package and will be available for collection near the reception desk.
Please note, you do not need to speak to a member of staff however, should you require assistance please ring the bell at the front desk for help.
Once your parcel has been collected, you will be responsible for any damage of loss to your items.
